It is processed under Article 5 of the KVKK on the legal grounds that processing is directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract, is necessary for the controller to fulfil its legal obligations, is necessary for the controller's legitimate interests provided that your fundamental rights and freedoms are not harmed, and, where required, on your explicit consent.

Limited to the purposes above, your personal data may be transferred to our business partners and sales representatives, to suppliers providing hosting, e-mail delivery and security verification services, and to legally authorized public institutions. Where our service providers' servers are located abroad, such transfers are carried out in accordance with Article 9 of the KVKK.

• Request its correction if incomplete or inaccurate, its deletion or destruction under Article 7 of the KVKK, and notification of these actions to third parties to whom it was transferred,
• Object to a result against you arising from analysis exclusively by automated systems,
• Claim compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing.

You can submit requests regarding your rights in writing, together with information identifying you, to Göksu Mahallesi Gazi Bulvarı 92. Sokak No:465/9, Kepez/Antalya, or by e-mail to [email protected]. Requests are concluded free of charge within thirty (30) days at the latest, depending on their nature.
